Add an automatic icon from the first description attachment

fix bugs.
now it is work for all resource,include:
1.no image in description
2.Description has IMG picture with remote image
3.Description has ATTACH image
4.icon image is not check success (when it is lost or broken )
new resource will auto create icon when edit or create new.

Starting with this version, you can use the backend import function to rebuild all icons through the import function. If no icons are set when publishing resources, they will be set automatically.

support local attachment image and remote image for this plugin

This update mainly introduces resizeAndCrop functions, which can automatically crop the first image in the description to a suitable size and save it to the corresponding directory. If the icon image in the directory is damaged, it can be regenerated based on this.
