The macro is not in the right place

This version is only compatible with XF2.3

Changed :

The "Expand macros in macro list by default" is always displayed in the setting, even if disabled. (@pec #Report)

There are more metadata options in the global post macro in the ACP (@pec #Report)

There is no permission option for thread metadata section.

Pagination in active macro does not work.

After update 5.2.2, users can no longer see their macro in the editor.

• Add a rebuild permission system (in rebuild cache), this should avoid the message that appears in the admin panel.
  If you're modifying post macro permissions for a user group or changing a global macro, please rebuild
• Add a permission for the metadata thread
