[OzzModz] Post Comments 2.0.2 Patch Level 3

• Fix: missing sorting by post_date for thread post positions rebuild
• Fix: pagination total items counter
• Fix: comment depth import from [tl] Post Reply
• Fix: update thread post counters after deleted post comments nested set info rebuild (was causing the invalid pagination)

• Fixed hiding thread contents for [OzzModz] TMDb TV/Movies Thread Starter add-ons
• Fixed potential null error on [tl] Post Comments importer

Fix: delete custom alert records on add-on uninstall

- Added "[tl] Post Reply" data importer

Import steps:
1) Disable "[tl] Post Reply"
2) Install "[OzzModz] Post Comments"
3) Run the importer and follow the instructions /admin.php?import
4) Uninstall "[tl] Post Reply" if all data is transferred correctly (optional)

• Added custom alert notifier for comments.

Fixed: InvalidArgumentException: Accessed unknown getter 'thpostcomments_root_reply_count'
Fixed: Replace reply and multi-quote links option not working.

Removed the country flags from showing on comments if you have the country flags addon installed.
