This feature of the module allows you to give your customer rewards when they make action:

This program encourages customer to purchase, add product reviews and reviews for shop more to get more rewards thus it will definitely increase your sales and revenue.

Our module also allows you set how calculate reward for customers when they make action in loyalty program; adjust points required to get loyalty reward (for example 1 point = 0.1$); set reward validity period of a points , etc.


Statistics of the customers for loyalty program in the Back office (For administration)

Loyalty program settings:

- Enable loyalty program
- adjust points required to get loyalty reward (for example 1 point = 0.1$). Customer can convert collected points into coupon with discount in my account
- Validity period of a points (in the days)
- Points are awarded when the order have the selected status in the module settings
- configure voucher for loyalty program
- configure Loyalty Points per Action in the module settings
- customize messages for actions which displayed on product pages, login page, product reviews, reviews for shop pages.

USER PROFILE:

User functional include:

- Block Users (available positions: Left column, Right column, Footer, Home)
- Enable/Disable block "Block Users" for Mobile and Desktop
- All Users page in the list view
- User page with User info, Product Reviews, Store Reviews. On the user page any user can see all product and store reviews, and user info
- User can change own avatar for product and store reviews
- User can enable/disable show his profile on the site

VERIFIED REVIEWS:

Who can add review:

1. Only registered users
2. Only users who already bought the product
3. All users ( add review form with captcha )

Included Verified Purchase (verified reviews) option. If customer bought product in your store, then displayed text ‘Verified Purchase’

STORE REVIEWS WIDGET:

You can select ANY store reviews title color ( color picker included ). With color picker you can select any color for title of the widget. Only in the positions: Left Side and Right Side

You can select store reviews block ANY background color ( color picker included ) With color picker you can select any color for background of the widget
Support 6 positions: Left column, Right column, Footer, Home, Left Side, Right Side

This widget contains a summary rating of the store reviews and shows its average rating (stars) and last store reviews

EMAIL FEATURES ( CUSTOMER REMINDER ) FOR PRODUCT REVIEW AND STORE REVIEWS (INCLUDE 2 CUSTOMER REMINDERs):

- You can choose to send your customers an automatic email reminder to invite them to rate the products they have ordered a few days after their purchase
- IMPORT OLD ORDERS and send your customers an automatic email reminder to invite them to rate the products
- Send emails only for the orders with the selected status (Payment accepted , Delivered, Remote payment accepted, etc …). You can select any status in module settings.
- Statistics for Customer reminder
- Filter by date for Customer reminder statistics
- Possibility send manually emails to customers in module settings for customer reminder

- Add option: Delay between each email in seconds. The delay is intended in order to your server is not blocked the email function
