Sash - Bootstrap 5 Admin & Dashboard Template 13.0

1 ) Converted from Boostrap-5.2.2 version to Boostrap-5.3.2 (Latest) Version.
2 ) Divided all Html pages into partials(src and dist)
3 ) No jquery dependency
4 ) All jQuery plugins have been removed and added new js plugins
5 ) Added New Switcher.
6 ) Updated Header and sidemeu.
7 ) Added some Html Pages and imporved ui of all html pages from old to latest .
8 ) Documentation and gulp file is updated

Updates :-
1) Ui issues are Fixed and Improved.
2) Dark-styles, Transparent-styles,Skin-modes,Colors are merged in to scss folder.
3) Doublemenu and Doublemenu with tabs for vertical Menu and centerlogo for horizontal Menu are added in switcher.
4) Plugins and Main style sheet are divided into individual files in scss folder.
5) Unwanted Plugins are removed and plugins are updated to newer version.
6) Js files are updated and custom-switcher.js is added.
7) Theme Layout Icon is added to responsive.
8.) Rtl file in scss is improved.
9) Sidemenu Folder in scss and plugins is improved.
10) All shorthand properties are used for template.
11) Right sidebar is changed.
12) Switcher js is moved from custom.js to custom-swicher.js.

15) submenus are added for landing page.
