WooCommerce Local Pickup Plus 2.11.5

* Tweak - When using Geocoding to search for an address, we now show all results ordered by distance, instead of just those within a 50km radius. A filter is available, making it possible to revert to the old behavior if desired.
* Fix - Address edge case with scheduling, where appointment times within 15 minutes of business closing could not be selected
* Fix - Ensure required fields (e.g. appointment time, when applicable) are validated when using PayPal Checkout

* Fix - Punctuation and special characters were not being rendered in the location dropdown
* Fix - Fix an error preventing checkout when using: Stripe + Subscriptions + Local Pickup Plus appointments
* Fix - Removing a category from "Pickup Location" wasn't removing the associated products within that category

* Misc - Add admin notices to help merchants reverting to the cart or checkout shortcodes if the corresponding blocks are used instead

* Misc - Require PHP 7.4 and WordPress 5.6
