thanks to dear member @jessy submitted a new resource:

Delete users banned - Delete users with 0 posts and have been banned.

Delete users with 0 posts and have been banned.

This add-on will require that all banned members have their posts deleted. Please use the 'Delete posts banned' add-on prior to using this add-on.
