1: you should install this two plugin:
composer require league/oauth2-google
composer require microsoft/microsoft-graph
2: you should add firebear/importexport-msi into Firebear folder.
You can find it by google. the latest version is v1.1.3, but I can only find the v1.1.1.
then, It will work well...
