Every time I will charge for download??

Some categories have a 90% chance of being free. like wordpress and joomla.
free resource was require credits every time ,and author was earn credits everytime too
paid resource was not require credits everytime ,and author was not earn credits but earn money

free resource was only request credtis event. The default credits are meant for resource-based tasks.

In other place, there are no restrictions on attachments
