you mean if i remove line 16, these new tools will start working and visible in admin and the webpage?

i tried remove the line16 as suggested the line was

     $tool = Tool::with('translations')->withCount('usageToday')->with('category')->index()->active()->first();

but after removing the line website crashed and gave error loading site.

if you want to disable update ,you can change

app\Helpers\Classes\UpdatesManager.php

public function checkUpdates()
    {
return true;

I dont want the update stoppd or anything but the problem is that New version latest tools are not available or visible on page nor in admin panel as it needs to PATCHES the script from admin panel and nulled version panel in PATCHEs section is empty so that is why new tools are not visible anywhere. did you i nstalled the version 2.0 anyhow? and new tools working? these are new tools.:
